出于确保在全球范围内推行统一、公正、透明的人才选拔标准与招聘流程，保障招聘的公平性与全球人才质量的一致性之目的，我们需要您在本系统录入您的个人信息。
为使您充分知情并征得您的同意，特此告知如下事项：
1. 您的个人信息跨境传输概况
个人信息处理者：取决于您投递的岗位所属公司，分别为乐高玩具（上海）有限公司、乐高玩具制造（嘉兴）有限公司、乐高商业（上海）有限公司、乐高商贸（深圳）有限公司、或乐高教育科技（上海）有限公司。
境外接收方：：LEGO SYSTEM A/S （丹麦比隆（邮编7190）1号公路）
传输目的：确保在全球范围内推行统一、公正、透明的人才选拔标准与招聘流程，保障招聘的公平性与全球人才质量的一致性。
此次跨境传输是基于您的单独同意。境外接收方会处理您的下述个人信息：姓名、申请职位、职位地点、电话号码、邮箱、候选人地点、申请的岗位数、教育经历、工作经历、语言能力、岗位申请日期、简历来源。
请留意，不要在您的简历中或者任何关于您的介绍文件中，出现任何敏感个人信息，包括但不限于您的宗教信仰、性取向、个人照片、婚姻史等。
2. 个人信息的沿用
如您通过招聘流程成功入职，为办理入职手续及后续员工管理之需要，我们可能继续沿用您在招聘过程中提供的个人信息。相关事宜届时请参照乐高集团中国大陆地区针对员工的《个人信息处理规则》。
3. 优先适用
对于本特别条款未涵盖的事项，应适用《求职者隐私声明》。《求职者隐私声明》中与本特别条款不一致的内容，以本特别条款为准。

附件：敏感个人信息：
个人敏感信息是指一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全，极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的个人信息。通常情况下，14岁以下（含）儿童的个人信息和涉及自然人隐私的信息属于个人敏感信息。
个人敏感信息举例
个人财产信息银行账户、鉴别信息(口令)、存款信息（包括资金数量、支付收款记录等）、房产信息、信贷记录、征信信息、交易和消费记录、流水记录等，以及虚拟货币、虚拟交易、游戏类兑换码等虚拟财产信息
个人健康生理信息个人因生病医治等产生的相关记录，如病症、住院志、医嘱单、检验报告、手术及麻醉记录、护理记录、用药记录、药物食物过敏信息、生育信息、以往病史、诊治情况、家族病史、现病史、传染病史等
个人生物识别信息个人基因、指纹、声纹、掌纹、耳廓、虹膜、面部识别特征等
个人身份信息身份证、军官证、护照、驾驶证、工作证、社保卡、居住证等
其他信息性取向、婚史、宗教信仰、未公开的违法犯罪记录、通信记录和内容、通讯录、好友列表、群组列表、行踪轨迹、网页浏览记录、住宿信息、精准定位信息等

For the purpose of ensuring a consistent, fair, and transparent global talent selection and recruitment process, as well as maintaining the fairness of recruitment and consistency of global talent quality, we require you to enter your personal information into this system.

1. Overview of Cross-Border Transfer of Your Personal Information
Controller of Personal Information: Depending on the entity to which you submit your application, the controller will be one of the following: LEGO Toys (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., LEGO Toys Manufacturing (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd., LEGO Commerce (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., LEGO Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., or LEGO Education Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Overseas Recipient: LEGO SYSTEM A/S (Aastvej 1, DK-7190 Billund, Denmark)
Purpose of Transfer: To ensure a consistent, fair, and transparent global talent selection and recruitment process, and to maintain the fairness of recruitment and consistency of global talent quality.
This cross-border transfer is based on your separate consent. The overseas recipient will process the following personal information about you: name, position applied for, job location, phone number, email address, candidate location, number of positions applied for, educational background, work experience, language skills, application date, and resume source.
Please be aware that you should not include any Sensitive Personal Information in your resume or any introductory materials about yourself, including but not limited to your religious beliefs, sexual orientation, personal photos, marital history, etc.
2. Continued Use of Personal Information
If you successfully pass the recruitment process and are onboarded, we may continue to use the personal information you provided during the recruitment process for the purpose of completing the onboarding procedures and subsequent employee management. For matters relating to such continued use, please refer to the Personal Information Processing Rules for Employees of LEGO Group in Mainland China at that time.
3. Precedence
For matters not covered by Special Terms, the Candidate Privacy Notification shall apply. Where the Candidate Privacy Notification contains terms inconsistent with Special Terms, Special Terms shall prevail.

Appendix: Sensitive Personal Information
Sensitive Personal Information refers to the information vital to personal interests, that once leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, or easily lead to damage to one’s personal reputation, mental & physical health, or discriminatory treatment. Generally, the personal information of children up to 14 years of age and the information involving a natural person’s privacy fall within the category of sensitive Personal Information.
Examples of Sensitive Personal Information
Personal property informationBank account, authentication information (password), bank deposit information (including amount of funds, payment and collection records), real estate information, credit records, credit information, transaction and consumption records, bank statement, etc., and virtual property information such as virtual currency, virtual transaction and game CD Keys.
Physiological and health informationThe records generated in connection with medical treatment, including pathological information, hospitalization records, physician’s instructions, test reports, surgical and anesthesia records, nursing records, medicine administration records, drug and food allergy, fertility information, medical history, diagnosis and treatment, family illness history, history of present illness, history of infection.
Personal biometric informationPersonal gene, fingerprint, voice print, palm print, auricle, iris, and facial recognition features, etc.
Personal identity informationID card, military officer certificate, passport, driver’s license, employee ID, social security card, resident certificate, etc.
Other informationSexual orientation, marriage history, religious preference, undisclosed criminal records, communications records and content, contacts, friends list, list of chat groups, records of whereabouts, web browsing history, precise location information, accommodation information, etc.
